[3.24] Ice Dancing Queen - Icestorm/Cyclone/CI - Viable For Everything

Hi!

I am looking to play this build, however I am SSF and haven't got a stampede yet.

Is this build playable/enjoyable without them?

And also, any tips for farming the stampede? ;)

I played a build a while back that said if we remove elemental overload we'd get a lot more damage. was it this build? also what are the next few cheapest changes I should make that will help give me more defense/damage?

It's a bit better with a 2nd cluster but I'm going to try to save up my Alvas and just spec the atlas passive tree for it when I'm ready. It's not very reliable to be able to connect rooms the way you want otherwise.

It felt much better after I got stampede; until then it wasn't *terrible* but I had to be more sparing about where I cycloned.

IMO the two big power spikes for this build (esp. while leveling) are getting ES overleech from 3rd Lab and then getting Stampede for much smoother clearing. Those made the biggest difference for me.

From the wiki, Stampede only drops from Blight and Replica Stampede (which is mostly as good) drops from Heist, so give those a go.

You can always buy one and roll for it. :)

Though this is the closest I've come. Halfway tempted to multicraft on T1 ev+es and attributes, then chance it with a Vaal + Divine Teardop and hope it upgrades the tiers.



Would need to take care of sockets first too of course, so quite a lot of investment for a relatively low shot at what would admittedly be pretty near perfect.

Honestly, if you cannot afford the regular Stampede, Replicas are around 9-10 chaos, instead of 50-ish. Way more affordable and that is what I settled for.

They make a huge difference and adds so much quality of life!

Also, do NOT look for crusader chests. This is the search you should use: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Kalandra/LR63Lk7tn. There are 4 up now, just wait for them to log in. You can also reduce the int/es/evasion requirements if you wish.
