Maybe some of you know me from this assasin guide Old tech and basics of guide is there. This is more like a secret showcase for real ice nova action (LL is a joke compared to this) I dont expect new players to play it so wont explain things in depth :D
3.21 changes Arcane surge now instead gives cast speed so useless for build. Build is still fine, some nerfs and buffs go figure out ^^ Do not use second ice nova on cospri anymore!!! 3.20 changes Some nerf on occultis accendy but still best easily for CoC. On more budget versions removing replica conqueror's efficiency hurts for sure 3.19 changes 15mana reservation mastery got removed. Basically just remove defiance banner and its ok. No other real nerfs TLDR -not for poor people -you need 7-8link helmet (ashes/aegis/cospri too) -not easy to put together -1000x better than lowlife versions -extremely good mapping -abuse alt quality gems -can do all content in game -we laugh @all LowLife noobs Content/10

9/10 for 100% delirium and hardest mapping content 9/10 for normal bossing/non mega juiced invites 7.5/10 for uber uber bosses (depends more on what mods u roll) 11/10 playstyle if enjoy cyclone I would argue this is easily best CoC to build for mapping since AOE is just crazy comapred to anything else. Having fast projectile speed on frostbold was actually insane for mapping :D With my experience uber uber bosses comes mostly to your own skill if want to do everything deathless. It can be super hard to see onground effects with this build. Normal bosses are super easy with this but i still seemed to die to uber uber bosses depenging on mods and how lazy i played it but was still fine with 6 portals :D I built this as all around nice char so DPS/defences/movement speed so it has all you need You can go rare chest with enligthen 5 but i had no currency to do it and is big reason why i stayed saqawals. Skin of the lords is also amazing to use. More stuff

-Pantheon: Soul of Lunaris. With small ones i used abberath and whit MB switched to Ralakesh. Pick what fits you
-Kill all bandits for +2 -With mageblood there is some room to play with flasks how you like. -Mana issues? Every build is different. How to fix? Get more mana reserve, get more mana, get more -mana cost of skills, %mana cost of skills. You have to figure it yourself. For example i happened to roll 66mana on my ring and it was actually better than having -mana cost craft. Spending 2 points in arcane will is totally worth if it helps -We are half aurastacker so need to hit right aura effect breakpoints. Look more into it when you go 90% max res and use purity of ice Things i could have min/maxed more -Rare chest with 100% global mod with +1 int gems and lvl5 enlighten gem -Tripple mod watchers eye. You need always %crit mod but second and third one can be defencive or DPS -Implicits on aegis. was going to run CI but idk if its better than LL with less invesment. can i make CI do well with 25ex or should i run LL until i can get more upgardes. looking forward to your updates. will you be making this into an updated CI guide?

" If you have DPS helm and can get rest stuff then CI is way to go for sure. just drop zealotry if cant get it in Not going to make this a super guide since it is seriously hard to put together without real knowledge of how this works. Mana is a huge deal. With how expensive this is, I would hope it's better than the 15ex low life version. You have a video showing how much faster this kills things?

Stuff like have to see if using 3 curses or even dropping assasins mark would be good. " All depends on setup but with 3x less DPS i would still murder content. This is for sure 100x tankier than LL and with min/maxing you can have more DPS than LL what i saw last league so yeah :D If you can get 7-8link helmet and the basic stuff i would totally recommend going CI even if cant fit zealotry in :P |
