The Lightning Thorns skill, as cast by the Blackguard Mages, now does lightning damage to ranged as well as melee attackers. It does less damage than before. The casters have to be closer to use it and have a reduced chance to cast it.

Honestly tho vin struggling to find a neck that out ways the many benefits of carnage a well rolled carnage at like 45 stats 9 leech and 15+ all res has so many benefits

Eventually jag that perfect melee neck but without the dex from duelist u end up sinking Passives into dex

Also think multi is just incredible the mobility u get and due to it's multiplicative value ias becomes more and more dangerous at just shy of 6aps with my current wep
