I'm having disconnects and server desync the whole time.
I didn't die yet to it but it will happen sooner or later.... |

" Same thing here, I've been disconnected twice in a couple of minutes, without any warning. I wasn't idle, I wasn't doing nothing special... Very annoying ! :( |

I got multiple disconnects. Early today it was fine, but last couple of hours I tried to play again I got dced 4 times.
Yesterday night the same thing was happening. I never had this kind of problem before release. I hope they fix it. |

please dont blame this on AGAIN, same as the 100+ pages of ppl getting hacked that happened all at once...........chris even said he found an error in the hashed passwords when ppl saved their login details and said stop doing that until they fixed it. so please........
this is on your end. not ours. dont mean to sound rude but telling ppl to turn off wifi and check with our ISPs is a load of bullshit and damage control its happening to everyone since release, every party im in we all dc at the same time, ask general chat, everybody says they jstu dced as well not our isps man, and not wifi, because i for one am wired with ssid turned off and all other wireless capabilities Last edited by Raelys#7338 on Oct 28, 2013, 1:42:06 PM

" I think you're getting a lot of the situations confused. As for chris and the hashed passwords, the problem was that the hashes weren't salted at all, and you were able to copy the .credentials file from one PC directly to another and log in without prompting. THAT was the exploit there. They fixed that by salting the hashes with other information to prevent you from decoding the password on a different machine. The disconnection issues are actually very varied. Some are due to ISP. Some are due to Wireless. Some are due to server instability due to load. You can't lump "All" disconnects under a single basket, and no one at GGG or in Support is trying to. The only people attempting to lump them together are the users complaining about it (like yourself). We try to take each report individually and on its own merits. We need traces and other information to do this. People coming and replying "me too!" doesn't help because not every situation is the same. As an example, I've only been disconnected ONCE since release... and I'm almost certain it was because my Modem reset. There are plenty of people who have no problems at all for it to ALL be "server" or "GGG" issues. So if you'd like to get some support, then post the information required for us to help you. Since not everyone has disconnect issues and since most of the people that have, had none before release or with other online games, it seems to me that it has to do with both GGG and those users.
