(3.14) League Starter Mirage Archer Toxic Rain Deadeye with 3 Mirages 37M DPS (Updated)

Idk why someone revived this thread, but if you check OP's post history there are ~3 other builds all with clickbaity titles and inflated POBs especially the indigon build with more mana spent recently than total mana the character has. 100k mana cost? As 3.15 draws near I expect more random "league starters" to pop up with unrealistic gear and fake dps numbers.
