If you mean spectre banks,there are many guides on how to create one yourself.
It doesn't take much time,just search "spectre bank" in youtube.

You've given me so much hope, I really want to play PoE with a controller again. I know there's programs like Joy2Key and whatnot, but I'm so used to console controls at this point... best of luck, and godspeed!
