Try deleting the Content.ggpk file in your Path of Exile folder - See if patching after doing that has any other effect!

Hello,
thx for the answer i have tried it but i still got the same problem. Any other stuff i can try? cheers
Check that you don't have a firewall or virus checker preventing the game from running something? Try running the game as an administrator?

Reboot the computer.
Right click and run as Admin. Just being on an Admin account sometimes does not mean its running in Admin mode. OS: WinXP SP2 32bit
CPU: Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Ram : 4GB Kingston PC2-6400 5-5-5-18 Mobo: Abit KN9-Sli (NF570-Sli chipset with Realtek Audio) GPU: ATI HD4670 1GB HD: Maxtor 20GB - OS - Seagate 500GB - Games / Storage / PageFile Network / ISP: Wired / Cox Cable |

hey,
there is no firewall or antivirus program running except the windows 7 firewall. I tried the admin mode already but it did not work. I also deeleted the content.... downloaded it again and tried it in admin mode this also did not work. Any other ideas? cheers max
When you deleted the Content, you actually took the Folder and deleted it as well?
Also, is this a Laptop? And is the game on the SSD of a real HD? I would put it on the real HD for now. Mind downloading SPECCY and posting the image like this: OS: WinXP SP2 32bit CPU: Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Ram : 4GB Kingston PC2-6400 5-5-5-18 Mobo: Abit KN9-Sli (NF570-Sli chipset with Realtek Audio) GPU: ATI HD4670 1GB HD: Maxtor 20GB - OS - Seagate 500GB - Games / Storage / PageFile Network / ISP: Wired / Cox Cable Last edited by Greybear1andonly on Apr 25, 2012, 8:55:05 PM

Delete the WHOLE folder.
It appears several people with SSD drives are having similar issues. I am also going to suggest running a different virus scanning rpogram on your computer than what you are presently using. OS: WinXP SP2 32bit CPU: Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Ram : 4GB Kingston PC2-6400 5-5-5-18 Mobo: Abit KN9-Sli (NF570-Sli chipset with Realtek Audio) GPU: ATI HD4670 1GB HD: Maxtor 20GB - OS - Seagate 500GB - Games / Storage / PageFile Network / ISP: Wired / Cox Cable Last edited by Greybear1andonly on Apr 26, 2012, 8:55:56 AM
