[3.14 WIP] Blast from the Past. KB/PS Int Stack Wander King. Speed meta 18K ES, 20m+ dps

I crafted a wand last night, if someone can tell me if ita good or not i would appreciate. Any optimisation idea is really welcome!!

Best approach would be to scour suffixes and multimod, accuracy is nice but not on the wand
Hit a keepable belt I think:
, kinda wondering how to finish this one off though, do I try to slam a resistance on it with Elemental Catalyst or do I try to go for an ok strength roll to ease up on potential future attribute issues? Or is it not worth slamming/keeping?

Secondly I‘m kind of torn, sitting on roughly 30 ex in liquid currency,
are my chest and helmet, The chest at the very least could use some recrafting, what should my prio be out of the following:

1. Recraft Helm
2. Recraft Chest
3. Buy Awakened GMP+Decent Tailwind Boots
4. Try to selfcraft good Tailwind Boots

I have a second linked base for the chest but a second enchanted helmet was too rich for my taste.

use a farric wolf alpha to remove a suffix and gain a prefix. then remove suffixes and multimod

i would go for tailwind, do not get the a.gmp until very end. cost/effect is a bit low.

Probably a super noob question, but i see we use alot of "more damage" against chilled enemies, how do we chill them? Im assuming im missing something here.

We use Skitterbots, which apply shock and chill to pretty much any relevant enemy. Without skitterbots we can get a bit of cold damage to wand attacks on a jewel or a ring prefix, which would also work (we have to do this with Fire Damage for Cinderswallow Urn)
If playing Scion version.
How big of a hit would it be to take Jugg + Assassin instead of Inquisitor + Assassin?

I hate stuns with a passion, plus its also a decent chunk of Accuracy.
If I add spellslinger ele weakness to my auras, I am having less mana avaiable than it costs to cast kinetic blast..?
Also looking at the current assasin pob you've posted it also has the same issue of having only 44 mana avaiable when KB takes 81 to cast, and power siphon takes 29 mana to cast which wouldn't feel that smooth either when your mana pool isnt big enough for two casts.

Now looking at the video clip of for example sirus kill, there's clearly way more mana unreserved than it says on pob yet having the same auras.
Am I missing something or just being stupid?
