I think that the Item Rarity Mod should be removed.

I have gotten 8 uniques so far, all of them while wearing almost no rarity, I have yet to get a single unique while using my rarity gear/gems...

I also think IIR could be removed, and also IIQ.
No group bonus, no drop increases whatsoever.

Then GGG can start to work on balancing enemies without worrying about gear checks as much as it is right now.

Grouping incentive? Safety and XP!

To have IIQ and IIR = players will use this for farming.

To have 1% of the population being geared to the max because of IIQ and IIR makes game designers balance the game around that gear.

To have a game designed to cater to that 1%, leaves the 99% of the rest of casuals behind and they cant progress.

Now casuals have to spend time trading and grinding just to play content.

Now the game has been *hijacked* by 1% l33t-rush-IIQIIR teams.

And now 99% is probably not going to keep playing.

Im a 90% solo player and i multi-box as of the 10.4 patch.
/players 6 is also an option for this problem of IIQ and IIR.
