"Enemies have -x% to Total Physical Damage Reduction against your Hits" sounds way too clunky.
Title. Can we call this new mechanic something like Armor Shear or Armor Penetration/Armor Ignore? Or just shorten it to "hits ignore x% of damage reduction?" I dunno, the current modifier name is really long-winded IMO. I'm all for armor penetration, it sounds like a cool mechanic, I just feel like it needs a snappier name.

Welcome to PoE! I also find it weird that its capped unlike ele pen.
And im pretty sure there will probably be no way of giving this stat to phys damage minions besides Impale Support (which is worse now?). |

Why isn't it just called "physical penetration?" or "sundering" or something? Please be more creative, GGG - give us a few hours and we could figure out a better name for you.

It is not called penetration because penetration is an effect that works differently mechanically.
I do not think that there could not have been a better name for it, though the current wording is pretty clear on what it does. |

Why not make it physical resistance penetration to be consistent with other mechanic and easier to understand rather than creating similar yet diffrent mechanic?
Way to overcomplicate things without a reason, additionaly giving headache to balance team since two things need seperate balancing. |
