Help please! I'm a first timer to POE (bored of D3), been following this build guide since starting the game. I'm struggling alot of the passive tree, there's no image of the actual tree to this build on the guide to follow, so I could only follow up to the first section of the build but now completely lost.

Please help! If someone could post a skill tree picture of this build, I'd appreciate ya very much!

Thanks

no problem, feel free to keep us updated on your progress or if you need help!
Hello,
I just wanted to say I started playing during the lock-down and followed this guide after a different guide led me astray, and it is a great build for simpletons like myself. I got all the way to A6 sirus (needed help in the sirus fight because of movespeed needed to dodge, leapslam is not fast enough).

Delving at about 200-250 right now trying to go deeper.

Took advantage of the war cry nodes to abuse abyssal cry during clear, and honestly better than giving up dps for increased area. Also Rallying cry lasts long enough to just hit it every few mobs, adding damage.

I beat the hell out of my keyboard using all three crys and I use totems, vaal earthquake, and immortal call on a cast when damage taken (set to about 1/3-/1/2 of my health pool (6500)). Astral plate with high strength and other modifiers.

With all these tools available you can also just let the totems do the work and dodge on non-stun bosses, and allowed me to finish all of the game content really with this character.

With some exess funds i got from this one i built a cheap mf to wipe my lower tier maps and recap some revenue, then swap back into the stun monster to clear the harder stuff.

Abyssal cry really makes for fun chaosplosions when you are already on full charges, and helps in the really juiced maps where porcupines and other after death attacks come (the explosions cancel those effects).

Also since you are always building charges with the tidebreaker, immortal call lasts long enough to allow you to take a slam in the middle of a mob and (usually) save your life.

Just wanted to say amazing build and look forward to using it as my starter for next league.

love the feedback!

i wrote the guide as a general "intro' to poe, showing off a classic arch type (slamming barbarian), love to see people use it as a guide to get a foot hold into PoE

ive done up to delve 280, stunning still works on most mobs but unwavering can roll on some delve nodes so be careful

warcry abuse is lovely! with the new jewels too, we can do crazy stuff like mob mentality stacking to keep berserk up for 25+ seconds at a time!

we do destroy keyboards =[

glad to hear you are stretching it into totems. this build has alot of leg room, we can do totems, rage stacking, move into impale or crit, add in more life or 8 link a tidebreaker for juicy dps

keep up the good work friend!
I saw that STUNNER post today, and it led me to your comment, and to your guide :)

I was planning on playing a Molten Strike Jugg next league, but this ground-slammer looks pretty interesting too. Rolling a marauder either way it seems.
Very good guide from a fellow stunner

https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2865478

He has very high cost luxury items; but shows how well you can stretch the build to achieve insane dps for stunlocking all the new bosses

check it out!

I like how far that guy took it but I am doing similar with this build for far cheaper as far as I can see. Its not really about once you stun the enemy, issues are usually building rage before the boss fight (elder bs) and non stun bosses like syndicate top boss. I added bleed to my version of this since it seems the non stun bosses move a lot, but i want to see some videos of cortex and such cuz thats the stuff that is hard with this build IMO. Elemental damage is still king when it comes to just phasing the boss down, but those builds are more expensive in my opinion (popular). I think the guide that is presented here is much easier to follow on budget to get you right through a majority of the content. The banner addition is interesting for sure.
Just fyi i swap in heavy strike for stun-able tougher boss fights and it has helped a lot (you get double damage).
Impale for this build?

Impale is definitely a good way to boost your dps and can be viable for pure phys builds (like this one)

however, since impale is "reflected" damage, it does not count torwards stun threshold for single hits

it can be used to boost dps alot but will not help with stunlocking

Looks like very powerful buffs for this build in 3.11

May need to remove the cheap portion in title if this is very popular
