From another thread, something that may help and I'm curious to see if it does:
"
I came here to raise my hand for the "who else"-vote. I just had two bluescreens in a row after having played two days without any. Yes, I do have a X-Fi card too.
I searched a little and found out the latest beta driver for the X-Fi series cards is dated Dec. 11. To find and download it,
go to http://support.creative.com/welcome.aspx
select "Soundblaster"
next select "Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium" (third row, last column)
now here's the tricky part which made me think a lil howto might be neccessary:
scroll down to the bottom of the page and use the manual selection-option to specify language: English (searched for German first, but those drivers there are about for month older), specify your OS and finally, specify that you want to see BETA drivers.
I have not found any other possibility to find those drivers, so... that's where they are hidden.

If anyone steel have problem with this error, here is how i'm solved it:
I'm using Windows 7 64bit
Replace files with original ones in sysWOW64
xinput1_1.dll
xinput1_2.dll
xinput1_3.dll
XInput9_1_0.dll
Those are xbox controler dll files, some games need specific settings and modifications of this dlls and some doesn't.
Just copy from PC on wich this files arnt modifiated and error 0xc000007b will disapear!
Sorry for bad language!
