Devmoon is showcasing it on twitch. It seems like a really solid skill, but dangerous if you don't know what you are doing since its a commit to attack skill. It is affected by attack speed and aoe, and levels really nicely. It seems that the classes that will best be suited are the duelist and templar due to attack speeds and aoe.
