Can someone ask the gem thing? :) Doesn't Leveled gems take benefit from the buff? My Dual strikes is same % than before...

Would really like some clarity on how nerfed vendor sets is actually getting. The lowest item in my 20% QUALITY UNIDENTIFIED RARE SET is level 55 and I'm just getting 3 orbs of chance? What teh hell am I going to do with 3 ORBS OF CHANCE not even close to being worth it now.
Really hope this gets fixed. |

wow they didnt totally destroy my build. while loading the patch i looked at the skilltree and thought the game is done for me. but i only got nerfed for like 40 mana. i guess i can waste my currencies a little bit longer on maps =)
