It isn't even remotely questionable here, increased droprates or anything that would make the game literally, directly and obviously easier for money is absolutely "p2w".

I mean I read the thread in diagonal but I dont understand all that shit about P2W and private league ?
The goal of private league is to give people their own enjoyable experience ?
I mean if there is the option for the league to go Void and Not earning any prize for challenge and having its own ladder, there would be no problem in having crazy private league and p2w is not even in the question, its does not give advantages over others because you are secluding yourself in your own league.
BUT the league need to go VOID, have its OWN ladder and you should not learn any PRIZE which I would be totally be ok with that especially if I could have crazy mods :D
Problem is that it wont happen, It's going to fragment the player base to much because it would be too good to be true !

its about paying for more enjoyable version of the current league.
therefore there cannot be a private league with better mods.

Define enjoyable. Someone who spends money on playing harder content does so for more enjoyment obviously. You provide such in depth arguments miss.
