The world must be ending, people are agreeing on the internet!

The world isn't ending, and one of you disagrees but has not revealed it yet.

There. All is right again on the internet.
Thanks for all the fish!

They kill Deckard Cain how do trust them?

It's no secret I didn't love D3. The Deckard Cain part of the story was certainly top 3 for why. It's not that he shouldn't die, but making it as some pawn who is just captured by a overglorified butterfly and then killed in a very bland manner was in bad taste.

I know most folks in this genre don't care about storyline and that's fine. But the developer should care, especially with the Diablo franchise where the storyline was part of the draw for some of us.

GGG should make an NPC zombie of him that wanders aimlessly on the coast searching for some answer to his pointless and anticlimactic death.

It would be so huge to see Deckard Cain paced up the beach of Wraeclast

Get the champagne, Alfred!
The Sirus fight is a disgrace.
Still raging, but they seem to have gotten a response from a blue.

Part of me wonders why play coy with "Multiple Diablo projects" which could be interpreted to mean D2 Remaster, D4, or comic books and a netflix series.

I have no skin in the game, but it's interesting to watch the strange chess match play out. Or maybe it is checkers.

EDIT: Certainly makes me more grateful for other developers, even when their announcement today was a not so subtle troll of the situation. An announcement for new players and a sudden stash tab sale.....just cold as ice. :)

And now compare Blizz' methods to CD Project Red ...
It is stunning. Quin69 had a great video about that stuff. And one thing stood out: Why did Blizzard not learn from other developers? EA fucked up with C&C big time. Blizz copied the exact same shitty way to do things. Instead of looking at Bethesda with Elder Scrolls mobile and their short elder scrolls 6 teaser.
And i don't get the checkers (yeah, it definitely is checkers) part, too. Do they fear to become hostage to the fans when they just tell them that D4 or D2 remastered is on its way?
The Sirus fight is a disgrace.

So what was the original vision, in your opinion, @Grepman?
You seem to know something i do not, so by all means.. enlighten me.

a niche hardcore game. did you miss that brutus banner gif 'the hardcore arpg you've been waiting for' ?

a NICHE (ie, the opposite of accessible or enjoyed by a wide audience)

HARDCORE (ie, the opposite of enjoyed by casual gamers who want 'immersive' experience and max of entertainment/minute while getting their dick sucked by the game telling them how good they are for doing shit they are SUPPOSED TO do)

is that clear enough or nah ?

A road requires walking, or at least a horse. A conveyor belt on the other hand just requires that you make sure your clothes and bags don't get caught. That sounds excitingly casual.

Conveyor Belt to Sesame Street
Thanks for all the fish!
