This is awesomeness for streamers: So let streamers pay for the leagues and let them send out invitations on their streams,.. all fine with it,.. they earn way more then a full 2month 200ppl league would cost aswell its a good advertisement tool for them aswell as PoE might get some new players. But keep in mind spending $ for other stuff then cosmetical or non game content related stuff might end up in making us pay for more in the future ^^ other game companies have proofen it always follows the same line. ITS NOT A CONTENT BEHIND A PAYWALL, for christ's sake. You pay for server resources. How much of a retard you have to be to say thats a content. Its just an option for those that want more and harder and faster. Lets you want to have your own website. You made it all by yourself, but who will host it? ITS NOT FREE. - From a stream viewer's perspective this should be fun. - For someone who wants to play a kinda sorta group SSF league fit for their tastes for a couple of $ this should be fun too. - Price kinda stings if you want to challenge the league alone (unless you make enough $ so this doesn't impact your wallet in any way). - Casual solo players like me will just probably ignore it. - Waiting warmly for more race seasons. - Spoiler I'd prefer a PoE Immortal announcement over this.
