2nd question we use faster attacks for Franzy so u can cast faster when u have like 0.18 attack on Franzy that how the wand work (Trigger a Socketed Spell when you Attack)

Really interesting build, i was looking for a freezing pulse build that doesnt require void battery and im glad that this one doesnt need it.

Thank you for really interesting build (always want to play with cold skills). I have one question - arcane surge - how we triggered them?I can't uderstand.

I put it together with flame dash, so it triggers with every use of it. +extended skill duration so it lasts longer.

Hi, ive been playing ur build and so far its very cool im lvl 8x

But ive noticed on PoB that if we switch Ice Spear to Arc, we double our DPS on that clearing wand (1 of the 2 wands), and it clears as good if not better than Ice Spear. What do you think about it? For example, my gems aren't even lvl 20 and at the same gem lvl, Ice spear is 18000 TOTAL DPS, while Arc is 40000 TOTAL DPS with power charge on critical.

Also, I wonder if you thought about other skills for the single target? Can I keep glacial cascade and use something else than freezing pulse?

No offense, your build is VERY good and Ice spear + FP one hit every single pack even on t16, but I was wondering if it was on purpose that you chose to play full ice dmg :D
