Im playing your Build since I started this game four weeks ago and I have to say that this Build is amazing. I love Ice and Mages and thats why I tryed your Build. At the beginning its a bit hard to understand because you dont explain so much like other Builds do but after some time you get into it (a little bit)... The life & manaleech from warlords is busted and i guess its a really important stat for this Build.
One really bad thing about this Build is that its soooo expensive cuz of the jewels and the belt and shoes ... And the fakt that I cant do Ele Refelc Maps :( I hope you will add some explanation for this Build soon :D I love your anyway<3 At the End I want to say Thank YOU for this AMAZING Build and for your advise that you gave me today ^^ (sorry for my bad english I hope you can understand what I wanted to say^^) |

How do you proc arcane surge? Frost bomb cost is ~20 and for arcane surge you need you spend over 400 mana
