[3.5] ColdPoet's Queen of Ice Rylai_CrystalMaiden Freezing Pulse & Ice Spear [add LL]

So I'm currently building this but I don't quite understand how the chest piece gems work. Freezing pulse is on the weapon, but also the chest. Does it mean that when I auto-attack with my poets pens and they crit, will they activate the effects from the chest piece? It doesn't seem to be working for me. Is there something I'm not understanding? Right now it's a 4 piece chest with freezing pulse, cast on crit, frenzy, and power charge on crit. Is someone able to explain how this setup works?
Also, how do you auto-cast Arctic Breath with this build? I don't see it anywhere on any gem or item effect but you cast it in the video. | |

Where does Arctic Breath come from? Or is that an older version of the build that used that?

sorry I'm following your build now what I confused is the main skill now is to use Frenzy to trigger the pens right? so why also put Freezing pulse in the chest piece?

The freezing pulse on the chest piece triggers when you crit with Frenzy due to the Cast on Crit gem that you have on the chest piece.

i'm playing right now enki arc biuld and i got intresting idea can we switch some of items and some of passives and make it arc biuld with pen?
I will try to figurite out somthing but i like your opinion here :) |
