Looking for the BEST Low Level PvP [28 and under]

hey guys, i started to lld as well. hope to run into you all. i still need to grind out some gear and gems but im definetly getting involved in the lld scene.

I have a cold witch, but i was using this before i found out about the "ravenfrost"
stat that items can have.

Im currently working on a summoner build i want to use. I haven't seen any good ones, but i have a few things i want to try on it.

I am also working on a puncture build, but it will only work if chance to flee works in pvp.
Pair that with puncture and you force opponents to run.... can anyone confirm if chance to flee works in pvp?

Is there somewhere i can check builds? I havent seen a single person mention any builds here...


One good question i want to ask is, how would people feel the baseline level move from 28 to 31?

I know that 28 is the level cap for the bracket, but at the same time 31 allows use for all the gems to be used. This will allow for more diverse gameplay IMO.

1. I'm pretty sure Chance to Flee doesn't work, since it specifically says "Monsters." However, if it says Enemies, it should theoretically work.
2. What do you "check builds"
Check builds as in look at the other builds that people have made or a Passive Tree Calculator which tells you the total stats/bonuses you have acquire with your current passive tree.
3/4. I think this would take a lot of thinking, and be vastly dependent on the player's build. There are some level 31 gems that are extremely beneficial for certain builds whereas the other level 31 gems may be extremely useless to some.
In terms of support gems, melee/bowers can use faster attacks whereas casters can use faster casting. However, melee/bowers can use almost all the other new support gems beneficially such as increased critical strikes, increased physical damage, etc. But, a caster would only make use of Spell Totem and maybe other small things such as GMP.

Just started LLDing. I don't have good gear yet, but got called hacker twice, and got 5 enemies ragequitting in my first two hours, so I think I am doing okay :D

How much for the claw? You've gotta be looking for several ex...
Also, do you guys know if +2 melee gem levels are possible, and if they can spawn on anything except weapons?

One more thing... Does anyone know if Shock affects DoTs such as Viper Strike?
