Looking for the BEST Low Level PvP [28 and under]

I'm looking to get into 28 pvp on hardcore. I have a character in the works at 24 with all the quests done up to vaal. I'm wondering if anyone would like to exchange quest boosts to stack some skill points on these characters without leveling them. I have a 72 EK to boost with I just can't boost myself:P

I'm rolling one up to see how they could play out... the extra melee range alone could be enough to balance out the fact that it is harder to get to high +maximum life % with them...

Ya that's what I did Phant. There's some generic increased physical melee damage nodes there of about 38%, with a fair amount of life and regen there still. Also some extra aps compared to the marauder part of the tree.
