They almost tripled the flat numbers on the skill. This does make it somewhat viable for boss killing. It might perform quite well now

More uses on Vaal Arc? YES PLEASE.
Between the previous announcement about Arc doing better single-target and the buff here, I've very much been considering trying an Arc-mines build for the new league. If Vaal Arc gets pushed up to 3 uses stored--oh my god. Popping 3 Vaal Arc mines with the new chaining mechanics sounds beautiful. |
