And even if you don't want to waste your time with divination cards, by the time you hit maps you should have enough currency to buy some corrupted 6l with suitable colours, they're being offered for petty cash on trade.

Streamers are given gifts by their followers. It's not all that mysterious.

The only thing that GGG will remind me of when they're no longer recognised as a decent game developer, is that they spent an awful lot of effort to inhibit 6-linking against players that would like to have it and to players that rely on it as an industry standard in their 'lego-play' business dealings.

Tabula Rasa is a painful experience replacing a 5-link; almost completely removing the reason for the effort to achieving it for an item that you couldn't ever do without.

I'm surprised Blizzard Entertainment hasn't made an offer to buy out GGG and adopt all the mechanics in their game - Blizzard will never do better for an ARPG.

to me, guaranteed outcome is very boring, but to each its own.

the point is, as of foresaken masters, you have that choice.

I recently spent about 1200 fusings trying to 6 link a loreweave (finally completed it). For like 700 fusings I could have bough ta 6 link one. It is frustrating and annoying that you really can just end up throwing away currency. By the time I'n 600-700 fusings into it im too deep down the hole to bail out and buy one.

There are countless posts for this topic which has been discussed a lot.

My advice is for everyone to choose one - fuse yourself all or don't fuse anything and only buy linked items.

I for one, fuse everything by myself.

You know, there was a time when I really enjoyed gambling in real life. Used to love taking weekend trips to Vegas, and nights out at the local casino.

Mind you, I was never one striving for the "must win", and I simply looked for a minimum of entertainment for my $100 of gambling before I lost, but I still loved it and wasted lots of cash.

Using Fusings and Orbs of Chance (still don't have that achievement after 5+ years!) really kicks home the harsh reality of gambling. Seriously, there is no hyperbole here. It is a perfect microcosm for the true highs and lows of gambling. I definitely felt the rush and disappointment gambling in this game moreso than the casino. In PoE I actually strived for the "must win" and chased it with mostly disappointment in the end.

I no longer frequent the casino (a tiny bit in part from my PoE education, but mostly because I am overall wiser now), and I no longer "chase the dragon" with orbs in PoE, at least not with a fixed result in mind.

I think 6L should be even harder to obtain. It`s the ultimate item which enables end game content and costs only 5 exalteds on average. :/

5 exalteds is amount of currency casual players can farm in less then one week.

It's almost as though people think the Vorici Bench option was always there.

5 ex? You can buy a 6L glorious plate base Ilvl 86 for 60 c. Bestiary recipes made 6L so accessible is not even funny.

I feel people should have no right to complain about 6L accessibility.

And if it's a Unique armour well Vorici or do it yourself by selling the 5l6s. Easy.
