Small suggestion for your leveling section:
Heartbreaker unique dagger -Very cheap (1c with perfect stats and 3 link) -Culling strike -stats are enough as offhand until you can effort dagger with convert physical to elemental shaped dagger Con: -requires level 50, but I used double your suggested scepter until lvl 50, and only started using whirling blades then | |
