While i hate communism i don't think wearing a tshirt means anything. It could be one of those troll and fake new accounts on the internet with their propaganda. I've heard military invest quite a large amount of money into social network influence when it comes to news. Neither it matters for the actual communism since some of their former leaders were responsible for millions of deaths and that just goes for pretty much anything being it religion or economic model.

I can't really judge the shooter either, he's probably judged himself before doing such a thing.
