Since the Democrat's recent shift to the left, social democracy has kinda become the mainstream view there. I guess a real leftie wouldn't be satsfied with that since social democracy still means that the problems of capitalism haven't been solved and ultimately everyone is still bending the knee to corporations (which is why social democratic parties across Europe have been losing a lot of support). A real leftie would want something closer to actual socialism. GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence. Everyone thinks we practice it so Its got a bad name because it's been corrupted with layers of tax/redistribution on top. Usually that redistribution goes to people who have not earned whether bailouts (think big banks who all should have failed btw) or someone who sits at home all day able body.
