RF gem's (character relative) level is 16.
RF can be used starting from character level 20.
HOW LOWER DO YOU WANT THESE NUMBERS TO BE??

You need couple of <1alch items to peacefully utilize the RF from "the beginning" (level 1 gem) already.

So what exactly "MORE CASUAL" do you actually want?
