@Nostrapapas: Flicker Strike can't handle bosses, you'll have to change FS for Lacerate for it to work vs bosses. You said to add Herald of Ashes if you're playing softcore, but Herald won't do anything for us if we have deadly ailments no? Also the gems you linked are not in priority im assuming. With a 4link I seem to be doing more dps (tooltip and anecdotal) with Sunder, Maim, Chance to Bleed, Melee Physical rather than the first 4 gem setup listed. Just wasn't sure and wanted to ask for clarification. Enjoying the build! It's fun. Also the fire damage on the kaom's isn't going to matter since once again we can't do ele damage, right?
