Dang I was really hoping that they would let us test out the chance to bleed with flat phys on attacks rather then just weapons. I wanted to see how well a facebreaker bleed build was going to be. Still going to see how well it does with maim, but I am kinda disappointed that we don't get to test it with facebreaker.
I don't know. Game is becoming very difficult to make right set up and understand mechanics.

and thats a problem with a game where gem supports used to be mechanically interesting. GGG has pigeonholed themselves into every support gem HAVING to have a more multiplier.

somehow the game was played just fine with what, 4 more multiplier gems in 2013 (melee phys, wed, conc, melee on full life) ?

the fact that increases/decreases are just a drop in the pool is a testament to huge power creep.

the offensive strength of a build went from passive tree and items to more support gems/mechanics and ascendancies.
"more multiplier"-gems should have a drawback.

The gem design isn't going into the right direction, it's directly heading towards the D3 powercreep-system. GGG think about what made PoE so great, it wasn't all about crit, dmg and attack speed, it was about creative skill combinations! These gems are not making this game better, not a bit, they are either mandatory or useless, but they certainly not increase the fun factor.
Wait now I'm confused...

The bleed gem says 10% increased bleeding damage with attacks... But I thought you guys were saying there was a difference between "damage with attacks" and "attack damage"... Are they essentially the same thing now, and the old discrepancy is now changed to specify "with hits?" Does this mean Physical Projectile Attack Damage still scales ignites based off of fire damage converted from physical damage?

u can test it in PoB atm, the dmg increase is insane :D ~400k lulz
