Increases are added to each other (from all sources) and then applied to the base damage multiplicatively while more modifiers are applied multiplicatively separatly.
Combination of
10% increased dmg
17% increased dmg
14% increased dmg
45% more dmg
15% more dmg
results in
BaseDmg * (1 + 0.1 + 0.17 + 0.14) * (1 + 0.45) * (1 + 0.15)

tldr always look for more multipliers ^^

The math is different. Someone before me explained it really well. :)
Patch with wipe or without?

I'd love to see what those new chaos and dot supports will do with my build... unless I have to start over from scratch (or not bother).
Patch Notes 3.15:
Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive.
Patch Notes 3.19:
Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment.

For those whom can't tell from looking

Quality bonus:

Vile Toxins - 1% = 1% increased damage with poison
Decay - 1% = 0.5% increased chaos damage
Deadly Ailments - 1% = 0.5% increased damage over time
Lesser Poison - 1% = 0.5% increased damage with poison
Chance to Bleed - 1% = 0.5% increased damage with bleeding
Ignite Prolif - 1% = 0.5% increased fire damage
Efficacy - 1% = 0.5% increased damage over time (possibly also 0.5% increased skill effect duration)
Unbound Ailments - 1% = 1% Increased duration of ailments on enemies (if you think its the increased effect of ailments, you'd be wrong because that would outright break the balance of gem quality bonus)
Immolate - 1% = 0.5% increased fire damage
Brutality - 1% = 0.5% increased physical damage
Maim - 1% = 0.5% increased physical damage

(No i didn't use the full wording. You can read properly)

Caustic arrow just got a monster buff from this.

(Side note for those that don't know - More is a multiplier, Increased is an addition. More > Increased)
