If Scalese wasn't there (he has extra security with him everywhere) probably everyone would've died. Scary shit tbh.
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.
Remember when I won a screenshot contest and made everyone butt-hurt? Pepperidge Farm remembers.

That is what my rep (Joe Barton) said! We can't give security to all 535 but the majority whip was there and he gets congressional security.

Oh, LOL @Wraeclastian!

Censored.
A lot of protestation and deflection going on in this thread. A Bernie Sanders supporter attempts mass political assassination, and the discussion becomes "gun control."

The subject isn't what he used to do the deed; it's the will to use acts of violence against those with whom the Left disagrees.

And this is just the pop culture message being pounded into the psyches of disaffected Left-wingers. Then there is the constant drumbeat of negative coverage from the "press," and the strident outcry from elected officials of the Democrat party for the overthrow of a lawfully-elected administration.

Had any such been directed at Obama or his administration, America would have been set on fire. But Conservatives are raised differently from Progressives, and do not consider violent action (Antifa assaults, etc.) to be a justifiable response to an electoral loss. Those who actually rationalize such acts and behavior, most recently today's attack in DC, are beyond contempt. Don't include yourselves among their numbers. ='[.]'=

Wait a minute for a second faerwin: I thought Canada had tons of guns? That is what Michael Moore said in Bowling for Columbine, anyway. Is that not true?

Not being facetious, really just curious. Have not been there since I was a little kid.

Canada has a fair amount of firearms but most of them are hunting rifles. There isn't a lot of handguns (they are illegal unless you have a special permit for them, which is for jobs that need them).

Generally speaking, the more rural the area, the more likely it is that someone own a gun, if only to defend themselves against the wildness or to hunt.

There was a loooot of it being directed towards Obama, did you bury your head in the sand for 8 years or what?

Both side has their extremists and both side should denounce them.

Probably from the fact that there's zero evidence for collusion.
