Some are creating "fake statements" about PoE/GGG; false generalizations... Legally Borderline.

As someone who writes contracts at work, I just want to chime in here regarding the TOS and "indemnifying" them...

There is a reason professionally drawn up contracts all include a severability clause. Just because you include something in your contract doesn't mean it is enforceable, and if it is not enforceable and you don't have a severability clause your whole contract could be nullified by that one mistake.

Clauses that indemnify someone are notorious for this, because you can't indemnify someone against something which goes against the relevant laws and regulations... So if one of their clauses and/or actions does contravene law in the jurisdiction where the TOS is being challenged, they cannot be indemnified against that...
