honestly, because i load the templar forum page and say myself as the last recent poster for like 2 weeks after that one dude who tried to get someone else's build removed (for whatever reason who knows) and I overlooked it.
Also, I don't place builds on the listing due to their popularity or credentials. It has to be original and viable, that's it. And yes, your build qualifies. it is more of a SSF or league starter template, with more of a focus on different options and what gear to look for, than a very specific gearing guide, if that is a problem, but after testing this league, it has proven to be a great league starter. | |

Hi,
this is a modest build that won't reach crazy DPS, but is endgame viable and, I hope, original. The idea is to generate charges really fast and to scale damage with Frenzy charges.
