Having this mod on a sulphur flask is a good idea because you can drink it 3 times and be freeze immune 99% of the time. Also, big news, the Hand of Wisdom and Action won't be nerfed in 2.6. You will be able to copy paste this build in the next league. Added an Uber Atziri run. It is an absolute annihilation. A damage reduction has been applied to one skill that dealt significantly more damage than other skills of its type, especially after one handed weapon changes. The 15% damage nerf to blade flurry is completly unsignificant. Instead of nuking a high level boss in 5 seconds, it will take 5.75 seconds. The AoE nerf will be noticeable i think. That said, it is bullshit that blade flurry is able to offscreen with 2 aoe clusters + aoe gem + dying sun.
