Patch 2.4.0d (Restartless)

since this patch my game is now stuttering a LOT, I always have between 60 and 150fps yet the screen keeps freezing like I have 5fps it's like lockstep is ALWAYS on, was not happening before this patch, and it's not a computer problem, I have on average 100+ fps

it's to a point unplayable and certainly not fun to play like this
