to be blunt if i want godlike i play softcore

Bow is way weaker than Reach and will only shine on physical builds. You also need to work around it and not just slap your usual gem setup and enjoy the damage boost.

I think it's a pretty good unique for a t16 boss and well designed unique in general.

Reach (in his current form) is still vastly superior to the Hydra Bow. If you can't see it you probably won't get the best of both.
