Probably a magic find build of some type since I'm undecided. I did blade vortex magic find as a league starter during prophecy and it was great.

Hmmm... Either budget low life blade vortex or, since the changes are actually more like a buff for it, Hiltless CoC Molten Shell Slayer.
PS: Did you guys notice the Vaal MS changes? It can now be triggered by hiltless aswell! We no longer need Scold's bridle for Vaal MS bullsh!t. I make dumb builds, therefore I am.
