Take dead people off the ladder in 4 month race.

Well even in Diablo 2 the dead hardcore players on the ladder were still shown, but they were sort of like a faded gray..unless that was changed recently idk been a while since I've played d2 hardcore. I'm fine with it, id take it is a memorial for the dead imo.

Pretty sure that's how it used to work, and they changed it to greying out dead characters instead of taking them off the list. I doubt they'd revert the change at this point.
