It's funny how people which voted on the last option can't even read :D. It doubles the amount of charges YOU GET, not the maximum value YOU CAN GET.

Probably a decent amount read it wrong, but the discharger players are like....more power to us.

Well, you have to spec into Juggernaut, meaning play as Marauder to get an even better version of option 4 (from the EC side), but option 4 is global. But yea, seeing that it is worth having fortify support on your weapon slot as Juggernaut, so spamming Onslaught (not really permanent since you have to hit all the time) is pretty nice too.

I vote onslaught on fortify. One question though, would it trigger the standard 3sec duration, or would it be a continual onslaught during fortify effect? How would that work with the champion ascendancy?
