Why is my damage per sec at 2.6k and yours at 45k with charges? I have everything the same except with and atm.

I doubt everything's the same, make your character tab visible in your profile and I'll take a look.

Ok everything is not entirely the same lol maybe 50% but is that going to increase like 40k difference?

Once your gems level up and you get a chaos wand, your DPS should go up quite a bit.
For the meanwhile you could dual-wield Obliterations. |
