So let's assume our beginning physical damage is 100. 100% of physical damage is converted to cold we have 162% increased physical damage, 74% increased cold damage, 50% more physical damage, 30 % of physical damage as extra cold damage and 40% more damage. How does this calculation work?

With regards to Conversion, damage bonuses apply to any damage type that a hit has ever been. I like to think of it as "conversion remembers." That means that conversion applies before bonuses, but it can look like it's applying after bonuses as well.

Increased damage modifiers stack additively and more damage modifiers stack multiplicatively.

With your example:

100 physical -> 100 physcold + 30 physcold
130 physcold * (1 + 1.62+0.74) * 1.5 * 1.4 = = 917.28, and the game truncates (rounds down) to 917 damage dealt by that hit.

Thanks! I assume you are completely confident this is 100% correct?
I can't seem to find any mention of this: but did wands get buffed with the 2.6 "all one handed weapons had their base damage increased" thing?

Sure, the wiki page on Conversion has all the citations well documented, and the increased/more thing has been a well known fact for a long time, wiki cites Malice's old thread for that part.

Hi. Didn't find in google.

Blade flurry skill gem
Dual wielding: The skill alternates between the main hand and the offhand for each hit

If im using for example mace + sword "Avg. Damage" tooltip will count both. But gem itself will be using only sword. Am i correct?

+ BF attack speed depends at both weapons ATS. Is BF depend by mace ATS?

Yeah, Blade flurry will only use the sword and mace attack speed and dps will not have any kind of effect. If you're dual wielding like that, it's exactly the same as using just the sword with all the dual wielding bonuses.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

Tnx. Just... tooltip is really weird
How does Juggetnaugts "30% increased damage" with notable "Unyielding" work? Is it essentially a "more multiplier", similar to shock, seeing as it doesn't mention melee or attack damage in the wording, or does it get added to all the other increases you have.

Increased Damage always stacks additively. Not mentioning melee or attack damage simply allows it to apply to any of your damage. It's not a more multiplier.

Hi, I'm having trouble finding detailed info about the aoe changes in 2.6.

For circular aoe skills it seems obvious that increased aoe translates to radius via sqrt, i.e. the first 21% increased aoe -> 10% increased radius: sqrt(1.21) = 1.1

The same should go for cone shaped skills such as Ground Slam.

How about other skills such as the initial wave of sunder or glacial cascade? How are they affected?

Sunder's line damage is not an AoE, it is unaffected.
Glacial Cascade places multiple circular AoEs in a line, which scale as expected. Worth noting, the distance between each circle is affected by Increased Area as well; that's why Glacial Cascade becomes "longer" with AoE modifiers.

As for cones, this thread should cover your questions.
Thanks for the quick answer. The thread you linked confirms my thoughts posted above.

Regarding Sunder:
The wiki says this: "Area of Effect: Increases to area of effect will increase both the area of the wave and that of the shockwave created."
Citing this response from Mark:

Is that statement not current?
