" Thanks well to be fair only works well with certain skills. All cold spells when coupled with Pyre ring. Ice crash, molten strike and other fire or cold attacks if you have another good weapon to produce physical multiples. Its just a cheap way to get to end game because I ignored trading/flipping this ladder and wanted to do it on the cheap. There are lots of them really without wearing no defense tabula rasa... Bitterdeam is actually a 9L inside a 3L but all lvl 1 supports and gets weak in end game. Favorite uniques:
Pretty much any Dodge/Evasion based character I have uses this. Another BIS for my Dodge based charaters. I always seem to find myself going pierce instead of chain/fork. Because chaos damage is awesome. Again because chaos damage is awesome. This is here mainly because of the corruption, basically gives me Lv 5 Empower as a 5th link on my Vaal skil. While I haven't compared it to running VMS in a 6-link yet this glove has given my VMS some very nice damage despite it being run in a 4-link. Now if I could just roll my helmet enchant to finish up the build. On another note why don't we have Vaal Skill enchantments on helmets? I don't have one to link since it's in the guild stash but Axiom Perpetuum my god this thing is frickin amazing, all my spellcasters run a pair of these ASAP. It's not really that good, there's better things out there and skeletons are still the red-headed stepchild of the classic summoner minions but... damn it all, I just love the Queen's Decree. Beautiful 3d art , very high defenses (especially with Iron Reflexes), extra life, more damage with chaos, life leech rate buff... and works great with Essence Drain! Permanent Power Charges + Unholy might...the perfect off hand weapon IMO. Shame no have 3d art. Low level, Mana Leech, crit chance + multi, rampage...with 3d art better of course! | |

This is by far my most used unique. Every meta shift I've been able to find a use for it.
I've done at least 10 builds to the high 80's or early 90's with that armour. Sound the dread alarm, through the primal body! Sound the reveille, to be or not to be. Rise! Stay the grand finale! Stay the reading of our swan song and epilogue. One drive to stay alive! Elementary, muster every fiber. Mobilize! Stay alive!
