Hi I'd like to ask how well does the build handle Uber Izaro and if you can give out a stat benchmark at what level to attempt it.

Looks like a pretty fast and fun totem-like build and if Uber lab is no problem for it and the mana issues are non-existing, I'd definitely sink a few exalts to make one.

Res cap and 5k hp should be enough for easy Uber Izaro. Ofc Uber lab can be hard or easier depending on daily setup, I recommend check reddit before runs. I think if you get Kintsugi it can be done even without 5k hp. First uber lab entry at 80+ lvl.

can't see your char and items, you must change in acc privacy settings "hide characters tab" off

You need replace many items, starting on rings and jewellery. #1 rule is every item must have 70+ max life. Than some res and some dmg. Gloves and boots can have 89 life, helmet and belt 99. Balance is not easy, but your gear got too much res, too low life and mostly too low dps. Your rings are terrible, amulet got nice dps but 0 life. Boots and gloves are ok, but not very impressive. Belt is bad, almost no dps.
So focus first on changing rings, amulet and belt for more life and dps.

Another possible huge dps upgrade is uber lab boots enchant 1-160 lighting added, and 6L on chest.

At 91 lvl you should have 6k life +
I see you choose too many dps points in passive tree and not respected temporary leveling tree into endgame version. Your flask ( The Sorrow of the Divineis ) is super dangerous for lab runs !!! Don't do it. For lab you need stone golem working, not blocked by Zealot's Oath, very very stupid idea to use this crap.
Outside lab and trials you can use it, but swap stone golem for lightning one.
Anyway I always like my even low life regen and blocking it by Zealot's Oath is horrible idea.

I put some search examples, you must check poe.trade often to get good items for affordable price. You can save that links in browser to have easy one-click update. When you buying that stuff always check missing res and adjust searches to reach cap. Learn how much each dps increasing suffix / prefix can be placed on each slot item. You must also ballance int, to be able use blue gems.

In first place I change the pasive tree just like you have and 1 of my Quicksilvers flask,
then I'll look jewelry, belt and boots. I'm trying to get the helm and boots enchant by myself, seems very expensive.
What's the resistance caps? (now I have Fire: 175%, Cold: 182%, Lightning: 168%) I want to know in order to calculate more or less what I have to look when buying the jewelry and the other stuff, but always with damage right?

res cap if you check it in hideout is 135%

in any merciless zone; fire, cold and lightning resists should be 75% or slightly above:
