Ok, so maybe I will now post my selfish theorycraft which I cannot optimize nor fully dismiss as a total failure - tripool-leecher. Something simple working thanks to huge hit-pool and fast leeching.

What I came up with so far...
It is something I was thinking since introduction of jewels to the game, but so far didn't test it. The idea is to have huge hit-pool by combining mana, life and ES pools - it is possible by using MoM and corrupted energy jewel
http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Corrupted_Energy

and maybe also this one if mana pool will be too small:
http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Healthy_Mind

This way our physical and chaos dmg taken goes to: 50% to ES, 33,5% to life and 16,5% to mana. So the perfect pools ratio should be 5:3:2.

With some life per hit on weapon/gem, mana leech and life leech from the tree (GR makes it go to ES) we restore all tree pools. Maybe some "per hit" bonuses on jewels to boost it.

This is the tree I came up with but it doesn't look very optimized nor very strong.

What do you think ? Is it viable ?

Skill:
Lightning strike
Crit, Elemental, or Phys:
*Physical
Which league are you planning to play this build on?:
Talisman
What type of weapon will you want to use?:
Claw with lph (life per hit) or anything else with good lph
What level are you planning to level this build to?:
The earlier, the better. Right now, my tree is made for around level 90 but it should be viable much earlier.

*going for Elemental might be better dmg-wise but leech is based on physical here so...

I plan on starting it when I will find good phys-weapon drop for this it. Right now buying good weapon for it might be a bit too expensive.

i was a tiny bit confused as to what you were trying to do, but then i figured it out :P

You're trying to split damage between ES, Mana and life, right? if that's the case, then the tree you have submitted is probably as good as i can think it can get, It certainly is different from the usual MOM/EB builds for casters, so, thats a plus, good job :) But as for viability, it might be viable? i've never done any sort of thing like this before xD i've only done mana with 10% mana gained on damage stuff :P

The good thing about Claw's, is that you can also use %leech, stack it up, and your leech will still be pretty awesome, so theres some diversity there :)

But, Life per hit will still be viable, but attack speed has a huge impact on that, if you dont have high attack speed and accuracy, then Life gain on hit will be a tiny bit inefficient compared to hitting super hard with a crit build with Leech :P

But yeah, so far, looks good :D

Yes, that's what I was trying to do :P

If you say it looks good I will try to go with it. But I didn't think about accuracy here at all. Since dex from the tree is quite low, I hope some additional ones in gear will be enough for me. In the worst case scenerio I can always just respect some points in the tree from mana to ES or life nodes (or accuracy ones) and play as a normal hybrid :D

Thanks for advice,
Cheers and have a happy new year ^^
happy new year everyone, bumping! <3

Hello Slayer, here is an idea:
Skill: Dual Strike;
Damage: Physical;
League: Talisman;
Weapon: Dual Swords;
Level limit: approx. 80;

Thank you in advance!

Hello once again. I'm looking to make a self cast spark build and hoping you can help. I was hoping to start with a Templar but I'm willing to change if necessary.

Skill: Spark self cast is preferred but I'm not opposed to using a spell totem
Crit, Elemental, or Phys: non-crit ele if possible
Which league are you planning to play this build on? (if standard, i can help gear): Talisman SC
What type of weapon will you want to use? e.g.: Dagger, Wand, Sceptre, Mace, Staff, etc: dual wand, wand and shield, or staff
What level are you planning to level this build to? (need to know for point allocation): 80ish

I'm not looking to make a Vaal spark build but I'm willing to throw it in the mix. Thanks for the help!

Asked for a windripper MF build, he gave my physical stuff lol wtf is this? Who uses PPAD on windripper.
1/10.
