What about areas with bandit lords? Will a full clear require the deaths of the lord and his/her attendants?

This type of race was much more fun than any previous races that were hosted. My friend, archerwithbow, and myself were actually doing really good at the start. He got two of the beginning prizes.
The only problem we ran into is that we were constantly getting lower and lower in level compared to the area, so by the rocky climb we were about 3 levels behind. That's when archerwithbow died, due to his flasks running dry on him. I was having the same issue, we had to relog a number of times during the race due to not finding more than 1 total portal scroll between the two of us. I pushed on after archerwithbow died and made it to the prison. Unfortunately due to lacking upgraded gear/flasks I got bombarded by melee attackers and fireballs from all angles. archerwithbow offered to share some of the prize with me but I told him he can keep it. Even though I didn't get any prizes myself and I died a lot earlier than I wanted to, I had tons of fun. |

Crashed entering chamber of sins, got to listen to a mob beat me down on the loading screen, was highest witch at the time...now dead, fantastic stuff.

I died running from a boss in the old fields. Was also out leveled and outnumbered.
I totally agree that this event was the best, a good mix between strategy and slaughter. And I got an Orbs !!! Good job GGG, I'll be there for he next one 8) |
