I don't play other games other than PoE, played almost every hyped game and obscure ones, even Hello Kitty Online. [Looking forward to play SkySaga, after I get bored of act4]
I just don't find the motivation in this 1 Month, got really tired of ranged ans spell caster, tried melee, enjoyed it till lvl 30-ish where I couldn't find enough willpower to continue.

This means I should quit?
Nope, I'm waiting for Act4 [wich for sure will bring new toys to play with, not talking about new areas, but mechanics, build diversity, gems, and that awesome Loot Filter<3]

You can call me whatever, but after I get bored playing with a toy, and then I get the same toy but newly bought from the store, it ain't fun at all.
So, I'm waiting for the new toys, and while doing that, I'm here to post my drama.

Love you all <3

That is what POE does though to you. You think the new content will keep you playing for more than a month or 2? Thats why i play a ton of games. Its only boring if you restrict yourself, and you do that by saying POE is boring but also not looking for alternatives. This thread seems more and more like attention craving.

I highlighted my text for you, to see better, if there is any alternative, I tried it, and I said I'm waiting for SkySaga, I don't have acces to it, so I try to play what I can, and PoE does a nice job keeping players to repeat the same stuff, but this time, feels like I had nothing new to play with, no new gems, and I understand that, since Act4 is on its way, wouldn't be too nice to introduce such things now.

But hell, I'm free to post my thoughts, if you feel the same, then *hugs*, if you don't, then, well keep it that way, I'm glad for you.

it is.
age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
Unfortunately PoE is either exciting or boring - with nothing inbetween. Mechanics are always the same: kill or get killed. There's nothing else. I paused a few weeks before I came back. And I will pause in future. PoE has nothing to bind/attract people for more than a few weeks - but in this weeks it's very entertaining.

When you have no motivation - do not play it. Motivation will come back someday.
No motivation after level 30? Sounds like you need Zoloft or a new game lmao

I hate to ask, but do you have any other games to play?

I hope people like you and the OP realize that youre not married to any game, dont find a game fun anymore, play something else. Comeback when act 4 is out, play that, enjoy it, games are fun, not a job.

I don't get it, what from what I said made you come up with the assumption that I'm "married" to the game and that I "haven't realised it yet".
If it were the case I'd continue playing obsessively instead of stopping that early.

I gotta say that, I feel kinda the same... But for me it's more because my characters keep getting their passive skills reset, because of patches, and then I don't really feel the same attachment to them anymore...

So I make new characters to try out new skills, get bored at some point, partially because leveling up another character is rather pointless when you realize that you have a few old ones that you could just put the new skill on and plot in some passive skills to support it.

I'm ranting I know, but I'm just annoyed that every time I want to play POE, I have to remember how the hell I played each character and try to plot in the passive skills so it makes sense... again..
If you cant find the motivation to get past normal docks, then better take a break.
