For me it would be the quest message after you kill an act boss:
"Find the exit to act 2" I know the devs said the UI was aimed at providing info to the player and not necessarily preserving immersion, but this one still always gets me. Legacy SC IGN: Octora

The voice acting. The guy narrating the big rocks in the wild sounds like coming from a 'so bad it's good' fantasy movie, almost like a parody. I think it's the same guy who did Bestel, who I also find close to cringeworthy. I have this theory that he's a former renowned Shakespeare actor who cannot get a job anymore because of his drinking problem, and now he takes the piss out on whoever happens to give him a job once in a while, by overacting and weird line delivery.
Nessa's whiny drawl I find terribly annoying. She's like 'the girl you wish you hadn't started a conversation with at a party', only real. True sight: The unexplainable ability for your character to observe rooms that are in actuality beyond a three foot thick wall. It'd make the game harder and you'd have to properly scout rooms, sure, but it's called a dungeon crawler for a reason. Actual fog of war would be quite welcome.
Clearing an act without getting a reward. Your reward for killing Merveil is the support gem you get from entering the dungeon. If each act boss granted currency (starting small, gaining value as you progress in difficulty) that would feel less hollow than it does currently. I just ascended an ancient, forgotten pyramid and slaughtered a shadow construct, and my only reward is some words of thanks and passage to a crumbling city. This would also be an opportunity to help new players adjust to the unique currency system PoE uses. Being unable to step over a three inch piece of tile on the ground. This gets pretty bad, and has gameplay implications for certain skills like lightning strike. These things either need to be made to have no collision or a much smaller collision with an overall increased canstepup height. Rigid day night cycle. Weather according to the area is fine. Time of day, eh. I think it would be pretty huge to determine the sun height and all that via the server time, incremented to whatever feels right (1 hr/day seems fair). This would break up the monotony of grinding through the same areas again and again, as well as show off the beauty the engine is capable of. If the engine is incapable of using a dynamic sun, that's something to add to the wishlist. *You call into the void. You hear a sound in the distance.*

When your in a map and the only communication is "6s here" everyone stops fighting and walks three rooms back - or worse when nobody pick it up, and you get "whos 6s is this?" "6s is still there guys" "hey whos 6s is this?"

lvl 92 93. progress just seems frozen.. 1% exp per 76 map about 2% on a 78.
So I restart re immerse myself lol. Plus by then I am so fucking bored of spamming same skills it just time. Best time of game for me is between about 65-90. Thats when you build comes together and you can wear all the good shit. Wish we could start at 65 beacuse OFC leveling up again is boring as hell...normal and cruel especially. Git R Dun!
