That is correct.
Thank you for the quick reply.

I suppose then that this unique is worth actively hunting for with chance orbs

Got Wanderlust on act 2 on normal difficulty, but I was a maurder 2h mace expert, so I traded it for this:

I got resolute technique so the "never gets critical" mod didn't affect me.

Aaah I had 3 imperfect, now I have 2 perfect and one @ 19
I have a 48lvl templar and It never dropped any unique item for me. The same was in Diablo 1 and 2, simply I have no luck.
I heve an idea for people like me. When you finish quest awarded by some sort of jewels, maybe better thing is being awarded by some unique items. It can help to decide how add passive skill points, because now I dont use passive skills for damage by any kind of weapon because I havent good one yet.
The only way uniques could be offered as rewards would be if the reward was a magic/rare item with a very small chance to be upgraded to unique. If the game hands out uniques around every corner then their status as a rare commodity wilk be severely lessened.
seems the "in close and dirty" players playing the melee jobs need a bit more in the way of Uniques.

the biggest issue for melee would be defence vs magic uniques with much higher "+% vs all elements" these are uniques not rares so a bit of too much is not exactly that bad for balance.

the unique armor that has "no sockets" is a fun way to add the "its nice but" to the items. problem is at the level you'd get it the mobs can easily turn +1000 life into zero especially when your dropping as many as 6 sockets for that extra life.

if you really want an idea for one piece make a unique body piece that has 8-10 sockets ALL linked with base stats for the item type. people will love something you can link that many supports to a skill.
