It is a great unique, regardless of power level. It makes you a literal Tank. Slow to move and attack, superior armor and chance to block. You are a Panzer Tiger.

" Looks great, but sadly I will pass on that. I can just stick with getting more block chance nodes. I already got 45% chance to block. Too difficult to pass up.
